I understand that all visits must be used within the active term of the membership and cannot be redeemed after the expiration date. Visits are not guaranteed. TDi Services will provide periodic reminders to schedule service; however, it is ultimately the member’s responsibility to book appointments. *TDi Services Credit has no cash value and may be applied only toward the purchase of HVAC replacement systems, repiping, water heaters, generators, or electrical panels. TDi Services Credit is non-transferable, and any unused balance will be forfeited upon termination of membership. Membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancelled services or unused visits after the membership term expires. Upon cancellation, any outstanding balance for services rendered will be due. Membership may be transferred to a new homeowner at the same address. The membership may also transfer with the original owner to a new address, though additional fees may apply. I understand that the monthly payment option will continue until written notice of cancellation is received at the corporate office. Please allow up to two weeks for processing termination requests.
